What is Trenderz?
Trenderz is a platform that helps businesses (hotels, restaurants, beauty salons, leisure and entertainment venues, ...) attract more customers by collaborating with local and international influencers and content creators. They come to experience your offering, share it on their social media with a booking link/code, and you receive trackable reservations.
Who can use Trenderz?
Businesses: hotels, guesthouses, furnished residences, restaurants, hair/beauty salons, spas, activities/tours, events, concerts, ...
Creators: From nano to macro influencers, UGC creators, sharing travel/food/lifestyle/discovery content, both local and international.
Do you operate across all of Africa?
The app is currently available across French-speaking Africa (Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameroon, Congo, Benin, Morocco...) and expanding to English-speaking markets.
2) For Businesses (Hotels/Restaurants/...)
How does it actually work for a business?
1. Create your business page with booking tracking on Trenderz for free here.
2. Publish an exclusive offer to drive bookings that creators will share (e.g., discount, free item, ...).
3. Creators apply to experience and promote your business.
4. They publish content with a booking link/code.
5. You receive confirmed bookings, 100% trackable.
How much does it cost for a business?
Nothing to sign up.
- For hotels, activities, events, beauty salons/spas: you pay a 12% commission on each booking honored and paid by the customer.
- For restaurants: you pay a flat fee of 3,000 FCFA (≈ $5.40) per booking honored and paid by the customer, regardless of the number of guests.

You only pay when a customer books and shows up.
How are we billed?
Here's how the Trenderz commission is collected:
- When a customer books through Trenderz, a deposit equal to the commission is charged online.
- This deposit equals the Trenderz commission (12% or 3,000 FCFA for restaurants).
- The customer receives a booking voucher (with their name, date and a unique code).
- Upon arrival, they present this voucher and pay only the remaining balance (total price – deposit already paid).
- The business keeps 100% of the balance, without having to pay the commission afterwards.
👉 This simplifies management: no invoices to settle or transfers to plan, the commission is already paid at the time of booking.
Do I need a website to receive bookings?
No.
Trenderz generates a free booking page for you with all your business information and conditions (deposit, cancellation, WhatsApp confirmation, ...).
Can I choose the influencers/creators?
Yes.
You receive applications from influencers and content creators, and you are free to approve only those that suit you. Each creator has a profile with: audience, content style, location, etc.
What if nobody books?
You pay nothing.
Trenderz is a 100% performance-based solution.
No customers = no cost.
Does it actually work?

How do I know where my bookings/customers come from?
Each influencer uses a unique link or promo code redirecting to your Trenderz booking page.
We track bookings automatically.
You can see who brought each customer from your dashboard.
What happens in case of cancellation/no-show?
What content do creators publish?
They can of course do more to earn higher commissions.
We encourage authenticity and audience/venue alignment.
Can I edit/remove an offer / cancel my subscription / deactivate my account?
You can modify your offer at any time (availability, quotas, conditions, visuals), deactivate your account, ...
You can do this from your profile settings.
All active offers will be stopped, but confirmed bookings remain honored and due payments will be processed.
What if a collab goes wrong or I'm not satisfied with the creator's content?
- Report it to Trenderz: you can write to us at admin@trenderz.io to describe the situation (non-compliant content, bad experience, etc.).
- Creator reviews: after each collaboration, you can leave a review and rating for the creator. These evaluations affect their score and visibility on the platform.
- Content removal request: if content is clearly inappropriate, misleading or violates the terms, the business can request its removal through Trenderz. We intervene according to our terms and moderate the dispute.
- Prevention: businesses always have the power to select creators before a collab. So you can avoid most risks from the start.
👉 In short: you have oversight, a review system, and the ability to request intervention if needed.
3) For Influencers/Creators
Who can become a Trenderz creator?
Any creator/UGC with quality content and a real audience (even small) that's local/relevant for the businesses.
How does it work for me as a creator?
Is it paid for a creator/influencer?
Signing up and using Trenderz is 100% free for creators.
You pay nothing to create your profile.
You pay nothing to apply to offers.
You pay nothing to collaborate with businesses.
On the contrary:
You enjoy free experiences (meals, stays, activities…).
You earn a commission on every booking made through your link or code.
Do I need a lot of followers?
How much do I earn per collaboration?
- For hotels, activities, events: you earn 5% of the total booking amount (stay/night, activity ticket, event ticket, etc.).
- For restaurants: you earn 1,000 FCFA (≈ $1.80) per completed booking.
How do I get paid on Trenderz?
- Your monthly report is available with booking details.
- Commissions are calculated only on bookings honored and paid by customers (excluding cancellations/no-shows).
- Commission payments are made between the 5th and 10th of the following month.
Example: March bookings are paid between April 5th and 10th.
What are the payment methods?
Actual network fees are not covered by Trenderz.
What if a booking is cancelled or refunded after the fact?
If it has already been paid out, it is adjusted on the following month's payment (transparent clawback in your report).
